A simple brewing plan

Start With One Method and One Repeatable Recipe

Better coffee usually comes from controlling dose, water, grind, time and technique—not from collecting more brewers.

Use this six-step approach

  1. Choose the method. Match batch size, body, clarity, cleanup and attention.
  2. Measure the recipe. Use grams for coffee and water.
  3. Set the grind. Record the grinder model and setting.
  4. Control time and heat. Start timing at the same event.
  5. Taste after cooling. Separate strength from extraction and freshness.
  6. Change one variable. Keep the result that improves the cup.
A scale, a grinder note and one reliable recipe usually add more value than another brewer that duplicates the same role.
